We moved into a brand new house which needed lights in every room. Warren from Arora Lights was so helpfull and gave great advise. He helped us from the decision making to placing the order to delivery and then even after sales service when we wanted to add stuff. He gave us excellent electrician referals. Once our kitchen lights were installed we were unhappy with the brightness of the bulbs and Warren came straight out and changed them for us. Thumbs up for an overall awesome experience and excellent service.

We had some very good experiences shopping at Arora Lights (Northgate). Nice helpful people and we always found what we were looking for. Worthwhile driving up there all the way from the "Deep South". But when a LED lightbulb (with warranty) doesn't work anymore it is a bit far to just exchange the lightbulb. No problem for Jacques (Owner) he lives in the Deep South and within two days we had the lightbulb replaced, delivered at our doorstep. Thank you very much for this excellent service!
Have purchased many lights & light fittings here over the years. Their prices are good but their service is what stood out for me. I was busy doing an extension at home and I needed all the new downlights done but was unsure where to put all these lights. I asked the owner if he could come and give advice, which he did that same Saturday. That is great service. Good stock of lighting to choose from.
